• Who are these people I see on the XSites Network?

  The XSites Network is made up of real estate professionals from across the United States and Canada. Here you’ll be able to find real estate appraisers and inspectors. In addition, you can find real estate listings and mortgage loan services.

• What kind of services can I access on the network?

  Not only can you find real estate professionals on the XSites Network, but in most cases you can also order their services online. Need to find out what your home is worth? Order an appraisal from a local valuation expert.

• AMC's, RELOC associations, educators - need appraiser contact data for an entire county, state or nationwide?

  If you are an AMC, RELOC association, national realtor or lending association, educator, or industry vendor and have a need for bulk contact data, please click here.

Appraisers

• How can I get my company listed on the XSites Network?

  To get your listing on the XSites Network, you must own an Appraiser XSite. From there, it’s just a simple matter of completing a few configuration steps.

  1. Configure a Domain Name for your Site (Click here for specific keystrokes)
  2. Enable Online Ordering in step 7 of the XSite Wizard (Click here for specific keystrokes)
  3. Configure your Coverage Area, so prospective customers know which areas your company provides appraisal services for, and whether you provide residential or commercial appraisals. (Click here for specific keystrokes)
  4. Make sure your credentials (license number, E&O, etc.) are up to date in the User Management section of your XSite. (Click here for specific keystrokes)
• Can visitors order appraisals online?

  Of course. That’s one of the key benefits of the XSites Network. If you’ve got your XSite configured to accept online orders, anybody who finds your business on the network can click the Order an Appraisal button to place an order. To make sure you’re taking full advantage of the XSites Network, you may also want to complete some other, optional configuration steps. Click here for a complete checklist.

• I have an Appraiser XSite, but I can’t find my company on the network? Where is it?

  First, make sure you’ve completed all of the necessary steps to configure your online listing (see above). Also note that it may take up to 24 hours for any changes you make to reflect on the network. If you still can’t find your listing, please contact our support department for further assistance.

• I've updated the information in my XSite, but my listing is not yet updated.

  It can take up to 24-hours for the update to be applied. Please check your listing the following business day.

• My company is not showing up in the counties I cover. How can I change that?

  Your coverage area is managed through the Business Management tools on your XSite. (Click here for specific keystrokes) You can select as many counties as you like for your primary state, however there are some additional restrictions (see below).

• How many coverage areas can I configure?

  You're allowed 1 free state (2 if you're an Elite customer). You can buy more, but we only allow 5 states total before we require that you sign up as a plug-in customer. If you want to add more states to your coverage area, click here.

• I'm focusing on commercial appraisals. Can I specify that so I don’t receive orders for residential reports?

  You can specify whether you provide residential or commercial appraisal reports (or both) when you configure your Coverage Area. (Click here for specific keystrokes)

• My company shows up on the network, but it's pretty far down the list. How are the rankings calculated?

  The top spot belongs to the XSite with coverage in that county that that has the highest level of customization. This includes tasks such as customizing your theme, customizing your page titles, enabling online ordering, configuring a domain, and including a company logo. All spots below that are calculated according to seniority. Appraisers who have been XSites customers the longest will appear at the top of the rankings. All other sites are sorted by XSites purchase date.

• Can I do anything to affect my rankings?

  The ranking system for the XSites Network weighs a number of factors when determining results, but the primary influence is when the XSite was purchased and how long it has been up and running. The reason we do this is to reward our most loyal XSites customers. Click here for more information about XSites Network Rankings.

• Why do I appear on page #1 in my state or county, but appear on later pages in other states?

  If you purchase another state as an additional coverage area, you're ranked as if you're a first time buyer in that new coverage area, which means you're not ranked higher than the last person who purchased a product in that state. We do this because we've received a lot of feedback from you that you didn't want people from outside states ranked above you.
