I just visited my link on the XSites Network and all of my contact information is wrong and I'm longer receiving online order requests. |
| Your XSites Network Listing ties back to your XSites Wizard under Company Information. Go to your XSites Wizard, choose Step 5 for Company Information and change your data. If you aren't receiving orders anymore and you've recently changed e-mail addresses, go to User Management in My Office and change your e-mail address. | |

Why was the XSites Network ranking system changed? |
| The ranking system was changed to improve the entire network and the way it was searched. Rankings are based on the first time that you entered into the XSites Network either via an Appraiser Order Manager product or an XSite. | |

How exactly are the rankings calculated? |

Listings in each county will be sorted on a seniority basis rather than on the basis of volume. Appraisers who signed up for XSites Order Manger (formerly Mercury Desktop) from us the earliest will be at the top of the appraiser rankings. All other customers will be sorted on a seniority basis based on XSite purchases. Inspector, Agent and Mortgage customers who signed up for XSites from us the earliest will be at the top of the rankings. We've also added some sort features that will allow you to search by company name, city, state, zip, etc. to give your clients more options in finding the right real estate professional. |

Can I do anything to affect my rankings? |
| There won’t be a way to trick the system to boost your ranking. | |

Can I purchase a higher spot in the rankings? |
| No, we don't allow anyone to purchase higher spots in the rankings. | |

How many coverage areas can I configure? |
| You're allowed 1 free state, 2 free if you're an Elite customer. You can buy more, but we only allow 5 states total before we require that you sign up as a plug-in customer. If you want to add more states to your coverage area, click here. | |

I'm an appraiser, why do I appear on page #1 in my state or county, but appear on later pages in other states? |
| If you purchase another state as an additional coverage area, you're ranked as if you're a first time buyer in that new coverage area, which means you're not ranked higher than the last person who purchased a product in that state. We do this because we've received a lot of feedback from you that you didn't want people from outside states ranked above you. | |
